We ship every order with the same care we put into sourcing and testing our products. Here is everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

All orders ship via USPS or UPS, depending on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs are outside our control.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on all orders over $150. Applied automatically at checkout.

Packaging

All orders ship in insulated packaging designed to maintain product integrity during transit. Peptides are temperature-sensitive, so we use appropriate packaging materials to protect your order regardless of season.

Order Tracking

Tracking information is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status by logging into your account. If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for expedited orders. Some products may have additional shipping restrictions based on state regulations.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a refund.

Address Accuracy

Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If you realize there is an error, contact us immediately. We can update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
