Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of every compound we sell. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right. Here is how our return and refund process works.
Unopened Products
Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be in the same condition it was received, with all seals intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
Opened Products
Due to the nature of research peptides and the importance of maintaining chain of custody and product integrity, we cannot accept returns on opened products. Once a vial seal has been broken, it cannot be resold or verified as uncontaminated.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or contains the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Lost Shipments
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to investigate. If the package cannot be located, we will reship your order or provide a refund.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email support@protocolaminos.com with:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you want to return
- The reason for the return
Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Do not ship products back without contacting us first.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that window, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be modified or cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
