What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of research peptides, we cannot accept returns on opened products. Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
How can I verify my Certificate of Analysis?
Every product we sell includes a batch-specific COA. You can view all published COAs on our COA page. If you need a COA for a specific batch that isn't listed, contact us with your order number and batch number and we'll provide it promptly.
How long does it take to get a response?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that window, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be changed. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
